Registered Nurse - Endoscopy @ Hendrick Medical Center South

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Endoscopy</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 5x8 hour shifts plus call responsibilities<br>• Must be able to assist or circulate during advanced GI procedures including ERCP, PEG placement, EUS, Spyglass, FNA/FNB, and Capsule endoscopy<br>• Perform Bronchoscopies and EBUS procedures<br>• Advanced procedure experience required<br>• Experience with moderate sedation and pain management preferred<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS<br>• Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics<br>• 2 years of experience in service line required<br>• Travel experience strongly preferred<br>• Altera charting system experience preferred but not required<br>• Must complete orientation modules averaging 6-8 hours<br>• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer<br>• Facility conducts mandatory drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a specialized endoscopy department that performs advanced gastrointestinal procedures.
