Medical Lab Technician Job in Honolulu, HI

Kuakini Health System is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for a 91-day travel assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that includes weekends.

In this role, you will:

• Perform medical laboratory testing and analysis on patient specimens
• Obtain and process specimen samples in the back laboratory
• Handle specimen collection and processing with precision and care
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration standards
• Ensure quality control measures are met consistently
• Follow all laboratory safety protocols and procedures without exception

Requirements: You must hold an active Hawaii State License as a Medical Laboratory Technician. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to maintaining a safe laboratory environment are essential.

Assignment Details: This is a 91-day assignment beginning June 8, 2026. You will receive $1,752 per week. The rotating shift schedule means you will work a combination of days, evenings, and weekend hours to support continuous laboratory operations.
