Therapy/Rehabilitation - PTA Inpatient Rehab @ Ste Genevieve County Memorial Hospital

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 32 hours per week with four 8-hour shifts<br>• Provide rehabilitation services for inpatient, swing bed, observation, and extended recovery patients<br>• 5 years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience required<br>• Current Missouri licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant required<br>• BLS and CPR certification through American Heart Association required<br>• Weekend requirement of 1 Saturday per month with compensatory day off during the week<br>• Specific coverage needed for 9/5, 10/10, and 11/14<br>• May float to other departments when census is low, including answering phones, working in One Day Surgery for bed cleaning, and assisting with patient transportation<br>• Weekend scheduling determined in collaboration with Therapy Director<br>• First time travelers accepted<br>• Local candidates accepted at same rate<br>• Minimum 1 year specialty experience required<br>• Valid Missouri or Compact state license required at time of submission</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services including rehabilitation and therapy services for various patient populations.
