NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for patient population
• Support competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Shifts available in 8, 10, and 12-hour increments
• Dedicated scrubs provided for travelers matching staff uniform color
• OR call rotation includes one first call 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and one second call 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM per month, plus one weekend day every other month
• Must be located a minimum of 250 miles away from facility to qualify as a traveler
• 12 to 13 week contract duration
