NICU Registered Nurse Job in Green Bay, WI

Bellin Health Green Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse for its 18-bed Level III NICU. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting October 5, 2026, offering $2,655 weekly pay.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12-hour PM/NOC variable shifts (3:00 PM–3:00 AM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM based on unit needs)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every third weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Flexible scheduling is essential

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with an average 2:1 patient ratio (ranging 1:1 to 3:1)
• Care for extremely low birth weight patients and support deliveries
• Assist post-partum patients alongside OB RN staff
• Serve as a resource for less experienced NICU nurses
• Float to Pediatrics as needed
• Option to pick up on-call shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active WI-RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2+ years Level III NICU experience
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications current
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• At least 1 completed travel assignment preferred

Additional Information

Scrub colors are flexible or hospital-provided. Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
