NICU RN Job in Nashville, TN

You'll work as an RN in the 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Centennial Medical Center, providing direct patient care to critically ill newborns. This is a 3x12 night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, running for 84 weeks starting September 7, 2026.

Your Schedule and Responsibilities

• Work three twelve-hour night shifts per week
• Rotating weekend and holiday coverage as required
• Manage a patient ratio of 2–3 infants per shift
• Float to comparable high-need areas when staffing demands it
• No technicians are available in the unit, so you will handle all technical support tasks

Systems and Equipment

• Philips Monitors for patient monitoring
• Meditech and Centricity Perinatal for electronic documentation

Requirements and Certifications

• Current nursing license (RN)
• BLS certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE certification
• Previous NICU experience required

Dress Code Standards

• Navy or ceil blue scrubs, any shade of grey, or white only
• No long sleeves permitted
• No watches, rings, or nail polish
