CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• 4x10 night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 13-week contract
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• Perform both CT and X-ray exams, with approximately 6 to 10 exams expected per shift
• Work with patient age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must be able to perform X-rays unassisted
• Charting system: Meditech (training provided if no prior experience)
• Scrubs: Navy Blue
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Required skills: GE, PACS, abdomen without and/or with contrast, colorectal studies (rectal contrast), pelvis without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), carotid, head without and/or with contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, 3D rendering (maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering), region of interest measurement (ROI), isolation precautions/PPE, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, brain perfusion, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic
