Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 8-hour shifts scheduled 40 hours weekly following first week of orientation
• Perform radiopharmaceutical preparation
• Conduct camera quality control procedures
• Perform general nuclear medicine imaging
• Perform EKG prep and monitoring for cardiac exams
• Receive and document radioactive shipments
• Conduct NRC required daily and weekly quality control
• Utilize equipment including SIEMENS Dual Headed ECAM with ESOFT Processing, CAPTUS 3000 NM, and GE MAC 5000
• Float to other units and departments based on competency and licensure
• Dress code: Scrubs, street clothes, and lab coat
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT or CNMT in Nuclear Medicine, BLS (AHA)
• Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment
