CT Technologist Job in Franklin, NC

Angel Medical Center in Franklin, NC is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, on a day shift schedule.

About the Role

You will perform routine CT and imaging procedures, including Code Stroke CT imaging with perfusion studies. Your responsibilities include operating GE Revolution 128 slice CT scanners, GE digital portable units, and GE digital fluoroscopy and X-ray equipment. You will document findings using Cerner EMR and Philips Intellispace PACS systems, following exam protocols established by radiologists and facility guidelines for patient identification and safety.

The department handles an average volume of 71 patients per day across X-ray and CT services. You will float between X-ray and CT departments as needed to support operational coverage. Day shift staffing includes five techs during weekdays with overlapping shifts for X-ray/CT coverage, and two techs for CT/X-ray on weekends. You are required to provide weekend coverage for Saturday and Sunday rotations.
