Job Details:

• Firm June 8th start date
• Provide professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management as part of interdisciplinary team
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work 16 hours per shift
• Epic EMR system experience required
• BLS certification required
• 1 year of previous experience required
• At least 1 travel contract completion preferred
• Iowa state license required
• Cannot be a UnityPoint employee within the last 12 months
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Orientation schedule every Monday
• Driver's license required
• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission date
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
