X-Ray Technician Job in York, ME

York Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join its Diagnostic Imaging department. You'll work 36–37 hours per week on a rotating schedule across multiple locations in the York area, including the main campus in York and seven walk-in care facilities in York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, and Kittery.

Your Role

• Rotate across three separate sites on a 3-week cycle: Sanford (8:00 AM–6:00 PM), York Walk-In (8:00 AM–6:00 PM), and Ortho office on main campus (7:30 AM–5:00 PM)
• Provide CT services at the main hospital in York and Wells location
• Perform diagnostic imaging exams with high quality standards and attention to patient care
• Handle patient registrations and clerical support to assist walk-in teams as needed
• Complete timecards according to facility guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Current ARRT Registration and Maine RT Licensure
• BLS Certificate
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, overnights (if CT trained), and weekends
• Willingness to work across all assigned facility locations
• Ability to adapt to varying duties at different sites

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of solid hospital experience
• Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and Portable Radiology
