ICU RN Job in Springfield, TN

You will work as an RN in a specialized 8-bed Critical Care Unit at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. This is a travel position with a 91-day contract starting July 20, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,971

Role Details

You will provide care to adult-only patients in a critical care setting. Your typical patient assignments will be 2:1 or 3:1, depending on staffing levels and patient acuity. You will manage patients with diagnoses including DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-heart catheterization conditions.

Clinical Competencies Required

• Proficiency with ventilators, sedation drips, vasoactive medications, and central venous catheter (CVC) line management
• Experience with Mindray Datascope monitoring systems
• Familiarity with MedHost documentation system
• ACLS, BLS, and CPI certifications

Unit Environment

The unit performs several bedside procedures, including bronchoscopy, CVC line placement, chest tube insertion, and occasional endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, PEG tube placement, and tracheostomy placement). Monitor tech support is available on the unit to assist you.

Additional Information

You may be required to float to other units as needed. Standard facility dress code applies. ADEX Healthcare Staffing will support your assignment throughout your contract period.
