CT Technologist Job in Springfield, MO

Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a CT Technologist for their Interventional Radiology department. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 4x10 night shift schedule: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. You will work 36 guaranteed hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic CT scans independently at the technical level
• Execute all post-processing procedures on Vitrea workstations and quality control functions
• Care for ER patients, inpatients, and trauma cases, including those with stroke and trauma presentations
• Transport patients when needed and follow universal precautions
• Float to other departments as required by the facility

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Current ARRT registration in both Radiography and CT
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Demonstrated technical skills in medical scanning, cross-sectional anatomy, and 3-D knowledge
• Experience with stroke and trauma cases

Equipment and Systems

You will work with GE imaging equipment and electronic medical record systems including EPIC, Visage, Vitrea, and Medicalis.

Additional Details

• No call requirements; weekend hours as required by facility
• Black scrubs required
• Evening shift orientation occurs on day shift; full week availability required for orientation
• Assignment begins May 26, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,628
