CHS Travel: Occupational Therapist (OT)

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 5/8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday<br>• Flexible shift times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM<br>• Cover Skilled Nursing Unit, Acute & Rehab departments<br>• Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons<br>• Maximize functional status of hospitalized patients<br>• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs<br>• Participate in discharge planning and administrative duties<br>• Participate in performance improvement initiatives<br>• 2+ years of experience required<br>• Arizona license, BLS certification, and fingerprint card required<br>• Cerner EMR experience preferred<br>• Float position covering multiple units as needed</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services including skilled nursing, acute care, and rehabilitation services.
