Registered Nurse (RN) - 200155 Intermediate Care Unit - Days

Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour day shifts per week
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• No call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required
• Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred
• Must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, arterial lines, neuro stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management
• Required to pass ECG/Telemetry competency exam including reading/interpreting rhythm strips
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (APEX)
• May be required to float to other units within competency level
• May be required to work major holidays
• Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Provide nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in intermediate care setting
• Work in fast-paced environment serving 500-mile radius
