CVOR Technologist Job in Falls Church, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVOR Technologist for a 103-day travel assignment at Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a night shift position running 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as surgical technologist in the cardiac, vascular, and thoracic operating room
• Manage instruments and equipment for complex cardiac and thoracic surgical cases
• Participate in ongoing research protocols as assigned
• Respond to on-call requirements approximately one hour after each scheduled shift (5:30 AM–6:30 AM)
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage based on departmental need

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years recent scrub experience in complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases
• Proven experience with coronary artery bypass, ascending aortic aneurysms, valve repair and replacement, structural heart procedures (TAVR, Mitraclip), thoracic organ transplants, ECMO, and ventricular assist devices
• Adult scrub experience required; pediatric experience preferred

Required Credentials and Skills

• BLS (AHA) certification
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• Virginia state registration and active Virginia license at time of submission
• Ability to multitask and apply critical thinking in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player mentality

Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,803.20
• Duration: 103 days
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Free on-site parking provided
• Overtime may be required
