51101 - Travel: Physical Therapist OP - DAYS

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• Five days per week, full-time schedule<br>• Outpatient physical therapy role<br>• No weekend requirements<br>• No on-call requirements<br>• No floating between locations<br>• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure required<br>• BLS certification from AHA required<br>• Dress code: Professional/casual attire, no scrubs, clean tennis shoes or dress shoes<br>• Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems<br>• Verify physician orders prior to evaluation and complete thorough patient evaluations<br>• Develop, implement and monitor individualized care plans<br>• Administer various therapeutic modalities including therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and gait training<br>• Supervise PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants<br>• Maintain detailed patient treatment records and documentation<br>• Education requirement: Doctorate, Master&#39;s, Bachelor&#39;s or Associate&#39;s Degree in Physical Therapy<br>• Must demonstrate skills in assessment, decision-making, and time management<br>• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required<br>• Must maintain productivity standards and ensure proper documentation</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates outpatient rehabilitation clinics providing comprehensive physical therapy services to the community.
