PICU Registered Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 15, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly pay: $2,556

Experience Requirements

• 18 months of permanent experience in PICU prior to travel assignments
• 18 months of recent pediatric experience (travel experience accepted)
• Experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for patients up to 25 years of age

Required Certifications and Licenses

• Permanent Ohio state RN license or valid compact state license in hand before start date
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• EKG interpretation skills
• Inotropes knowledge
• NIHSS certification preferred

Assessments and Compliance

• ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation
• safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Both assessments must be completed with acceptable scores
• Maximum of 2 attempts to pass required assessments
• Hours submitted through Qualivis Lotus system

Onboarding and Scheduling

• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty required
• Pre-start modules average 6 to 15 hours, with 4 hours billable
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date
• Must work at least every other holiday
