CT Technologist Job in Hilo, HI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Hilo Medical Center in Hilo, Hawaii. You will work 4x10 rotating shifts with no call responsibilities, earning $3,153.60 weekly.

Role Overview

You will perform routine CT scans according to radiologist protocols, function independently in the imaging department, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced acute hospital environment. Your primary responsibility is delivering accurate diagnostic imaging while adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (must be obtained by assignment start date)
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exception prior to contract start

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with Meditech EMR systems
• Experience operating Canon or Toshiba CT units
• Vitrea workstation competency
• Venipuncture skills
• Advanced imaging techniques including MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging
• Procedural support for biopsies, drainages, vascular imaging, cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke protocols

Assignment Details

Assignment begins June 22, 2026. You must arrive on Thursday prior to your start date to complete the employee health appointment on Friday. Shifts may vary based on facility needs.
