PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work in a 31-bed Cardiopulmonary PCU unit on the 6W floor
• Patient ratios of 4 to 5:1
• Required drips include Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Insulin, Lasix, and most anti-arrhythmic medications
• EMR system used is Epic
• Galaxy Blue and/or White Scrubs required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Degree accreditation verification required or minimum 5 years of experience
• Floating is required - travelers are first to float and may float to sister campuses
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• Expected to function as core staff
