GI Lab RN Job in Leesburg, VA

You will work as a registered nurse in the GI Lab at Loudoun Hospital, supporting endoscopy and gastroenterology procedures. This is a 10-hour shift role with a scheduled 4-day work week, running from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on rotating days.

Schedule and Hours

• 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 4 days per week (specific days rotate)
• 10 hours guaranteed per day
• On-call required 1–2 times per week for weekend and holiday coverage
• No floating between units

What You'll Do

You will provide nursing support during GI procedures, including patient assessment, IV access, and equipment management. You will work alongside the endoscopy and GI Lab team to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Strong IV skills and hands-on GI Lab experience are essential to this role.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of GI Lab experience
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• ACLS certification
• Strong IV placement skills

What to Know

You will use EPIC and EndoWorks electronic medical record systems. Dress code includes navy blue or white solid-colored tops, navy blue pants, and navy blue or white jackets.
