ICU RN Job in Bentonville, AR

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, AR. You will work the night shift, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, on a 3x12 schedule.

Position Overview:

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, managing complex cases and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This role requires clinical expertise, strong assessment skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions.

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience managing Impellas and targeted temperature management (TTM)
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Charge nurse experience
