Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll work as a registered nurse on a 30-bed telemetry unit at Cleveland Medical Center, caring for cardiac and vascular surgery patients who require continuous monitoring and specialized care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide direct patient care for procedural cardiac patients, including those undergoing TAVR and catheterization lab procedures
• Care for vascular surgery patients recovering from carotid and bypass procedures
• Monitor telemetry equipment and perform specialized cardiac monitoring for all assigned patients
• Work flexibly across 9 beds that can function at telemetry or step-down unit (SDU) level of care, adapting your approach based on patient acuity and needs
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care
• Assess patient stability, recognize changes in cardiac rhythm and hemodynamic status, and communicate findings to the care team

• Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
