Special Procedures Technologist in Edgewood, KY

Join Saint Elizabeth Edgewood as a Special Procedures Technologist in our Radiology and Cardiology - Interventional Radiology department. You'll work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with call requirements, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced interventional setting.

Your Role:

• Perform and assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, venograms, PICC line placements, port placements, vertebroplasty, GI bleed interventions, embolizations, biliary tube exchanges, nephrostomy procedures, IVUS, fistulagrams, transjugular biopsies, IVC filter removals, and neuro thrombectomy
• Scrub for procedures and manage direct patient care for adult and geriatric populations
• Work with specialized equipment including EKOS, Inari, Penumbra, and Jeti systems
• Support a daily census of approximately 8 procedures
• Chart using the Epic system

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• ARRT certification and current BLS
• Kentucky license (KBMIRT); can be pending upon submittal
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience
• Epic charting experience required

Assignment Details:

Primary assignment at Saint Elizabeth Edgewood with potential floating to Florence and Fort Thomas facilities as needed. You'll receive 96 hours of orientation to ensure a smooth transition. Free parking is available in unrestricted spaces.

Dress Code: No agency logos on scrubs; no nose rings or gauged earrings; natural fingernails must be less than 1/4" in length.

Compensation: $3,254.40 weekly for a 91-day assignment starting June 29, 2026.
