<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in rural hospital setting providing physical therapy services<br>• Caseload includes mostly inpatient and outpatient services<br>• May include home health and pediatric patients if therapist has experience in those areas<br>• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of SD or a Compact State<br>• BLS issued through American Heart Association required<br>• Must complete skills checklist within one year of submittal<br>• Two professional references from past three years required<br>• Background check and drug screening required<br>• Various health screenings and immunizations required including TB testing, MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B immunity<br>• Competency exam with 80% passing score required<br>• Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training required annually<br>• Must enter time in Triage Plus system no later than noon CST every Monday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization is dedicated to redefining rural healthcare by providing innovative solutions to keep quality care local.
