Telemetry RN Job in Greensburg, PA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit at Westmoreland Hospital, a community hospital in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of May 4, 2026.

Position Details

• 3x12 night shifts
• Weekly pay: $2,115.07
• Patient ratios of 5–6:1
• Care for adult and geriatric patients in a progressive care unit with 35 beds and a daily census of 30 patients
• 12 hours of orientation provided

Your Responsibilities

• Cardiac telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Central line care and chest tube management
• Blood product administration and wound care
• Charting in the Cerner system
• Float to other units within the hospital as needed
• May float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• Weekend coverage required

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Community hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Cerner charting system experience

Onboarding Process

• Drug screening required within 24–48 hours of signing
• Fingerprinting required within 24–48 hours of signing
• All clearances must be completed by Wednesday before your start date
• Badge required for clocking in and out; supervisor sign-off required on timesheets
