PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• 13-week assignment with 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Position available to start as soon as possible
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy protocols as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Valid Physical Therapist license required
