Medical Unit CNA Job in Kealakekua, HI

Kona Community Hospital is seeking a CNA to join our medical unit team in Kealakekua, HI. This is a 91-day travel position with rotating shifts, offering you the opportunity to work in an acute care setting while gaining valuable experience on telemetry-monitored floors.

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care across two telemetry-monitored floors, supporting nursing staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Your responsibilities may include patient hygiene, vital signs monitoring, patient transfers, and sitter duties as needed. You'll work a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts covering both day and night schedules, giving you flexibility and diverse clinical exposure.

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA credential
• 1 year of experience preferred in acute care settings
• Experience on telemetry-monitored floors preferred
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
• Strong patient care and communication skills
