RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Day shift position with 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Every other weekend hours required
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• EMR system: EPIC
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current RN licensure in state of Arkansas required
• BLS certification preferred
• Scrub color: Black
• No open toe shoes permitted
• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Must be willing to precept students
• Upbeat and hardworking personality preferred
