SLP Outpatient Job in Prescott, AZ

You are a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing outpatient speech-language pathology services at Yavapai Regional Medical Center - West in Prescott, Arizona. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 days)
• Weekly pay: $2,365.20

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient speech-language pathology services
• Document patient care using the Cerner charting system

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• Arizona license (required for submission)
• Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Certificate via ASHA
• BLS (AHA) certification

Assignment Terms

The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks. This assignment is 91 days in duration.
