Job Details:

• 3x12 day shift schedule, Saturday through Monday
• Shift times are days with a block schedule available
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• On-call not anticipated
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS, State License (OBMI)
• Siemens experience required
• IV skills (starting peripheral IVs) required
• Toshiba experience a plus
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Any color besides all black and camo print; X-Ray Tech scrubs can be facility provided
• Must float within scope across the facility and system as requested
• Must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment start
• Guaranteed hours equal contracted hours; mandatory cancellation must occur 1.5 hours before shift start
• Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted per assignment; no RTO during the first week of the assignment
• All RTO requests must be included at the time of submission
• Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting required
• One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager required, preferably from within the last year
• No felony convictions accepted
• Parking is free in any unrestricted space; EV charging available
