ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call requirement
• Float required to all inpatient units including ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg
• Patient ratio of 2:1 on days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Manage complex ICU patients including CVICU post-surgical and ECMO patients, neurological ICU patients, SICU, and MICU patients (sepsis, GIB, DKA)
• Operate and manage specialized equipment including CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Pacemaker, Swan Ganz Catheter, EVD, ICP, NICOM, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Utilize Epic charting system
• 4 years of ICU experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Valid California RN licensure required
• 20 orientation hours required
