ED - Emergency Room

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 5 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care using the nursing process
• Accept responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Must demonstrate ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions
• Critical thinking skills required
• Medium physical work required, exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Valid Ohio nursing license required
• CPR certification required
• Previous nursing experience preferred
