Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Hartsville, SC

Join SH Carolina Pines Regional Medical as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient department. You'll deliver direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and help individuals across all ages restore function and improve mobility.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
• Occasional weekend acute care evaluation coverage approximately every 5 weeks

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in delivering treatments
• Work with patients from newborns to elderly individuals
• Develop fitness and wellness programs to support healthier, more active lifestyles

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina PT license
• Minimum 2 years recent physical therapy experience
• Hospital experience preferred
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
