Job Details:

• Rotate between Mammography and X-Ray departments
• Competently perform routine and specialized breast procedures to produce quality diagnostic images
• Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
• Deliver accurate results in a timely manner for physicians and other healthcare providers
• Perform patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety
• May be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
• Patient ratio of 4 patients per day shift
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT M, BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ARRT R highly preferred
• Valid California license required
• Required skills: 3D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Digital Quality Assurance Procedures, Hologic 3D, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Outpatient, Radiation Safety, and Screening Mammograms
