Job Details:

• Day shift position working 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 5x8-hour shifts per week
• Call required: minimum 1 weekday per week, with weekend rotation
• On-call shifts Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• 2+ years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience required in general, orthopedic, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, trauma, and DaVinci robotics
• Adult and pediatric experience required
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning within the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other personnel to provide patient care
• Ensure compliance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care
