Opportunity:

RN - Rehab Acute

Job Details:

• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of acute rehab experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized written plans of care
• Assess, monitor, and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions across the life span and multiple body systems
• Utilize clinical judgment skills to prevent potential physiological complications and promote optimal health
• Work with patients who are acutely ill, considering surgical interventions and unstable medical conditions
• Communicate effectively using SBAR and interdisciplinary communication methods
• Accountable for integrating care within scope of practice, licensure, relevant education, and experience
• Reports to shift Team Leader and Department Manager
• Utilize Policies and Procedures to guide job duties
