Occupational Therapist Job in Cottonwood, AZ

Verde Valley Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient acute care rehabilitation. You will work Sunday through Thursday on 5x8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and no on-call or floating requirements.

Your Role

You will treat adult and geriatric patient populations with an average daily census of 12–16 patients. This position requires a generalist confident with medical diagnoses, able to manage moderate to maximum assist patients, co-treat as needed, and work with ventilated patients. You must be flexible to pivot and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card required for licensure application
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
