Job Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by director before working any overtime hours
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• See 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• Must float to other clinics as needed
• Must have Single-State Colorado license or already applied with confirmation provided
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Will accept new graduates
• Will accept first time travelers
• Option available in this clinic or neighboring clinic for travel team
