Occupational Therapist

Opportunity:

OT - OT Outpatient

Job Details:

• Split position between two facilities totaling 40 hours per week
• First facility schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (24 hours per week) treating outpatients
• Second facility schedule: Tuesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (16 hours per week) treating both outpatients and inpatients
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Must have own reliable transportation to travel between facilities
• Must have experience evaluating and treating elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
• Must be able to evaluate and treat shoulder conditions including pain, rotator cuff injuries, and post-surgical cases
• Must be proficient in the use of physical agent modalities
• Ability to fabricate custom splints and fit patients with prefabricated splints preferred
• Minimum 2 years of current Occupational Therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient experience required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Active New Hampshire state license required
• Occupational Therapy skills checklist required
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
• Permanent address must be included in submission file
• All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at time of submission
