ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• 75% weekend hours required
• No on-call requirements
• Float pool position requiring flexibility to float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May also float to IMC units within the organization
• Patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in IMC
• Care for basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated, and patients on pressors across SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU
• High complexity patients such as CRRT are not required
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Non-specific
• Unacceptable attire includes open-toed shoes (no Crocs), jeans, clothing with large logos or print, and profanity
• Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and personal excellence
• Must be flexible with assignments and able to potentially take multiple different assignments within the same shift
