CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday with start times based on unit needs, typically 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• No call requirements
• Must have 2 years of experience and previous travel experience required
• Siemens experience required and Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT)
• Virginia state license required (emergency authorization available for travelers with active out-of-state license)
• Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• May be required to float to Carilion Clinic Riverside location (approximately half mile from main facility)
• Perform preparation and administration of contrast media
• Maintain radiation safety protocols
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis studies with and without contrast
• Conduct specialized procedures such as CT arthrography, coronary CTA, trauma imaging, and vascular studies
• First-time travelers and local candidates not accepted
• Must reside more than 100 miles from facility
