Job Details:

• Work a schedule of 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts, subject to change
• Perform scrub technician duties across a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, vascular surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and transplant surgery (kidney and liver)
• Operate and assist with special equipment including the Intuitive DaVinci Xi robot
• Work in an 18-room surgical unit with a daily census of 18 patients
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Block scheduling type
• 40 orientation hours required
• Must have NBSTSA certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with prior travel assignment, or 3 years of experience without travel experience
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Must be willing to work 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if all three fall within the assignment, or at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall within the assignment
