Job Details:

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of patient care
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekend schedule is voluntary
• EMR system: EPIC
• Epic experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• Mandatory reporter status required
• Required certifications: CPR, BLS (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Active Iowa state license required
• Skills checklist specific to SLP discipline required
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years required
• Valid driver's license required
