Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flex to 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Minimal on-call requirements with 2-3 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Call response time of 20 minutes for trauma and 30 minutes for non-trauma cases
• Float to Same Day Surgery OR or Main OR as needed
• Average of 30 cases per day across 9 surgical suites
• Common cases include ENT, robotics, GYN, cysto, ortho, and general surgery
• Anesthesia and trauma coverage available in Main OR 24/7
• Charge nurse supervision available on unit
• Chart using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Approximately 2-week orientation including EPIC course/test out, modules, and department-specific orientation
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Minimum 2 years of general OR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• Washington state license required
• Acute care setting
