Telemetry RN Job in Philadelphia, PA

Temple University – Jeanes Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026, working 3x12-hour night shifts at $2,044.80 per week.

Your Role

You will assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. You will apply nursing principles and current practice techniques to collaborate with patients, families, professional peers, and the healthcare team. Using the nursing process, you will individualize patient care based on specific needs and circumstances. You will also direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to established nursing practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Direct and supervise nursing support staff
• Follow all administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Current PA Registered Nurse License
• Multi-State Compact RN License
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• One year of experience in your clinical specialty preferred
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
