Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Inpatient Pharmacist position working day shift hours
• Schedule is 5 days per week
• Day shift hours may vary between 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every fourth weekend required
• Must be willing to float to other facility locations as needed across all 3 campuses
• If placed on call, must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
• 2 years of recent and continuous inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience required
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required (pending licenses not accepted)
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital setting
• Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, Board Certified, PharmD, OH license
• Two recent supervisory references required
