Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT Rehab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Guaranteed 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours when regular staff are on vacation or leave<br>• Conduct functional evaluations of skilled nursing facility patients<br>• Plan and implement purposeful activity programs to maximize patient physical and mental functioning<br>• Focus on improving patients&#39; daily life task performance and independence<br>• Work with skilled nursing facility patient population<br>• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy rehabilitation services<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned by facility management<br>• May provide services at multiple facility locations as needed</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This skilled nursing facility specializes in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients requiring extended care and therapy.
