NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU
• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 depending on acuity
• Day shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs, and a tech
• Night shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, and 2 RTs
• Every other weekend required
• Float coverage to Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Level III or higher NICU experience of 2 years or more preferred
• Required certification: NRP
• Preferred certifications: Stable and NIC-RNC
• EMR system: Cerner
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
