Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week with shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience
• Pennsylvania state license required (will consider pending license if applied at time of submission)
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Must have inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
• IV training required for hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations
• Required certifications include BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, and RPh
• Skills include chemotherapy, clinical dosing, compounding, geriatric dosing, inpatient/acute care, IV piggyback, IV push medications, oncologic care, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, and sterile technique
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Floating may be required to Apple Hill location (2 miles away)
• Maximum 7 days request time off
• Holiday coverage as needed

• Pre-employment modules required (5-6 hours, completed pre-start)
• Manager interview required after clinical screening
